Job Title: Financial Operations Manager

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to manage our finance team's day-to-day operations, including bookkeeping, reconciliations, and journal entries. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals looking to gain exposure in international finance operations while contributing to the growth of a business.

About the Role:

  • Accounting & Reporting:
    • Manage day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring accurate recording of revenues, expenses, and international transactions.
    • Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A):
    • Support budget preparation, forecasting, and variance analysis.
    • Assist in preparing management reports, dashboards, and KPIs.
  • Compliance & Taxation:
    • Ensure compliance with tax laws and assist with filing requirements.
    • Support statutory audits, internal audits, and tax assessments.
  • Cash Flow & Treasury Management:
    • Monitor cash flows, working capital, and fund requirements.
    • Handle vendor payments, employee reimbursements, and treasury activities.
  • Process Improvement & Systems:
    • Contribute to automation of financial processes and system improvements.
    • Maintain internal controls to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Requirements:

  • CA-Inter/ MBA Finance
  • 2–4 years in accounting, finance, or FP&A experience (E-commerce/Retail/Consumer Goods preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
  • Hands-on experience with ERP/Accounting software and MS Excel.
  • Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-country business environment.
