Empower Rural Women through CSR Initiatives

We're seeking ambitious individuals to join our team and execute tasks efficiently while thriving in diverse roles.

This internship offers a unique opportunity to design and scale CSR initiatives focused on rural women's empowerment. You'll work closely with our founders to develop proposals that blend corporate responsibility with grassroots impact.

  • Develop CSR Proposals for Rural Women:
  • Research and create proposals aligning corporate CSR goals with programs benefitting rural women.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure proposals reflect community needs and organizational values.
  • Build Partnerships with CSR Funders & NGOs:
  • Identify companies supporting gender equity, rural development, or livelihood generation.
  • Presentation of tailored proposals and follow-ups to establish long-term partnerships.
  • Liaise with NGOs & CSR Teams:
  • Engage with NGOs working on rural women's empowerment to understand their models and impact metrics.
  • Customize documentation to reflect shared goals and co-create scalable interventions.
Ideal Candidate:
  • Students or early-career professionals pursuing BBA / MBA, or BA / MA / PhD in Economics, Development Studies, or related fields.
  • Strong communication skills and a passion for gender-inclusive development.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and comfortable working remotely.
  • Planning to study abroad and seeking relevant experience in development work.
