Role Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Market Development Professional to expand our customer base in the pre-harvest segment. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth product knowledge and contribute to revenue growth.

The Market Development Officer will foster strong relationships with DeHaat Centres and Farmers, promoting input sales and meeting targets.

  • Meet with farmers to promote input sales and handle retailers/dealers/lead farmers.
  • Learn, adapt, and implement technology solutions on the field crop.
  • Organize promotional events to engage with farmers and DeHaat Centres.
  • Regularly coordinate with Farmers & DeHaat Centres to achieve assigned targets.

  • Agricultural background or relevant experience.
