- Resolve customer queries within a 24-hour timeframe while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through adherence to delivery and service quality norms.">
- Address specific dental-related queries pertaining to our services, engage in problem-solving for patients, and coordinate necessary activities.">
- Generate revenue by selling additional services.">
- Record responses from customers on Excel spreadsheets and generate relevant reports.">
- Schedule appointments for patients and coordinate with required doctors who will visit the patient.">
- Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions were taken on customers' requests and refer unresolved grievances or special requests to designated departments for further investigation.">
- Analyze call quality and strive for improvement.">

- Hold 2-5 years of experience in Tele Sales/After Sales Support/Customer Support.">
- Possess a Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.">
- Exhibit excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.">
- Display strong problem-solving and analytical skills.">
- Be self-driven and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.">
- Have the capacity to quickly grasp and self-learn.">
- Possess basic knowledge in G Suite operations, Windows usage, email etiquette, and phone skills.">
- Experience in handling escalation management, non-resolvable cases, clinic appointments.">
