Business Development & Client Acquisition
- Identify, target, and acquire new MNC clients for recruitment services including permanent hiring and staff augmentation
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective clients across various industries
- Conduct market research to identify business opportunities and industry trends
- Develop and execute strategic business development plans to meet revenue targets
- Generate leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and digital outreach
Sales & Revenue Generation
- Achieve annual revenue targets through new client acquisitions
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service-level agreements
- Prepare and present compelling business proposals and presentations
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure
Client Relationship Management
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with key decision makers
- Understand client hiring needs and deliver tailored recruitment solutions
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention
- Collaborate with internal delivery teams for seamless execution of services
Market Intelligence & Strategy
- Stay updated on recruitment industry trends, competitor landscape, and market dynamics
- Provide market feedback to internal teams for service improvements
- Participate in industry events, conferences, and networking sessions
- Develop territory-specific go-to-market strategies
Required Qualifications
Experience & Background
- 4+ years of business development experience in recruitment/staffing
- Proven record of significant revenue generation through new MNC client acquisitions
- Experience working with MNC clients and understanding their hiring processes
- Demonstrated success in building new business relationships
Skills & Competencies
- Strong relationship-building and networking skills
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities
- Strategic thinker with a market-oriented approach
- Self-driven and able to work independently towards targets
- Knowledge of various recruitment models (RPO, executive search, contract staffing)
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, HR, or related field
