Business Development Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
- Proficiency in freelancing platforms like Upwork or Freelancer may be required for sourcing freelance talent or projects, depending on the company's needs.
- Drive business growth through a strong pipeline of clients and achieving monthly sales targets.
- Identify and generate leads/prospects over the phone, and facilitate appointments for the sales team, as well as manage communication thereafter.
- Build effective relationships with existing/new clients.
- Develop strong communication skills to ensure seamless collaboration.
- Responsible for acquiring new clients through outbound calls, identifying business opportunities, and facilitating the creation of solutions for clients.
Requirements:
minimum 3 years of experience in B2B CVD/ Real Diamond Jewelry business development
Ready to be on field for a minimum of 15 days
