Data Platform Leader

We are seeking an experienced Senior Data Architect to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of our modern data architecture.
- Design and architect scalable, secure, and high-performance data solutions in cloud environments.
- Lead the development and optimization of ETL/ELT pipelines using cloud-based tools.
- Define and enforce data architecture standards, frameworks, and best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver reliable data solutions.
- Develop and implement large-scale data processing systems.
- Evaluate and recommend tools, technologies, and processes to improve data platform efficiency and scalability.
- Lead performance tuning, data modeling, and real-time data integration efforts.
- Mentor junior and mid-level data engineers.
- 12+ years of experience in data architecture, data engineering, and enterprise data solutions.
- Strong expertise in cloud data services, including data lakes, data factories, and synapses.
- Hands-on experience with big data processing tools, such as Databricks and PySpark.
- Advanced knowledge of ETL/ELT pipeline design, development, and orchestration.
