Infrastructure Services Director

The Information Technology team at Rubrik drives strategic initiatives that influence business processes, employee experience, and technologies to scale our organization efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the senior lead for Global Infrastructure & Platform Services in India, partnering with global leaders to drive delivery, talent growth, operational maturity, and modernization across infrastructure domains.
  • Build, lead, and scale teams across compute, storage, networking, and cloud operations, aligned with global strategies.
  • Drive execution of infrastructure programs, ensuring high availability, security, and scalability of our global platform.

This role requires a technology leader who excels in execution, innovation, and cross-functional leadership.

Requirements:
  • 15+ years of experience in infrastructure engineering or operations, with at least 5+ years in director-level or senior leadership roles.
  • Proven track record managing multi-disciplinary infrastructure teams: compute, storage, networking, cloud.
  • Deep technical understanding of data center infrastructure, cloud-native platforms/networking, and enterprise systems.
