Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager to join our team and contribute to shaping the company's financial processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the recruitment team to develop a thorough understanding of the role and assess cultural fitment.
  • Partner with leaders in weekly business reviews to identify capability gaps and design effective training interventions.
  • Lead employee engagement initiatives, including monthly business reviews and recognition programs.
  • Analyse attrition trends and engagement score trends to inform programmatic interventions with business leaders.
  • Work closely with the finance team to track budget spends and provide guidance on HR-related policy matters.
Requirements:
  • 2-5 years of experience in a similar leadership role, preferably in a start-up environment.
  • A postgraduate degree in Human Resources from a reputable institution.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and stakeholder management abilities.
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment with quick decision-making and create efficient processes.
