Job Title: Commercial Leader

We are seeking a skilled and ambitious commercial leader to spearhead our fitness division.

About the Role:
  • Oversee daily operations of the fitness units with a focus on driving sales growth.
  • Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales targets, including setting performance benchmarks and tracking progress.
  • Conduct regular review meetings with teams to monitor performance and plan for future growth.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing teams to design and implement promotional campaigns.
  • Promote brand recognition and customer engagement initiatives to drive business success.
  • Ensure overall accountability for meeting sales and revenue objectives.
  • Foster a high-performing team culture by leading, mentoring, and motivating team members.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 45 years of experience in sales, business development, or operations management, preferably in the fitness industry.
  • Strong skills in sales strategy planning, execution, and leadership.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Demonstrated discipline, a target-driven approach, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic knowledge of the fitness and wellness industry is an advantage.
