Job Description:

As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and upkeep of our facilities. This includes managing equipment, refrigeration systems, HVAC, plumbing, water treatment, and electrical systems to ensure optimal performance and compliance with regulatory requirements.

You will also be responsible for developing long-term plans for preventative maintenance and asset protection, as well as ensuring that all buildings and grounds are maintained in excellent condition through regular inspections and evaluations.

Additionally, you will oversee the management of grounds, guestrooms, public spaces, restaurants, property vehicles, and recreational facilities to ensure they meet the highest standards of quality and cleanliness.

Furthermore, you will develop project plans in accordance with renovation or new construction needs, and contact contractors for bids and supervise construction to ensure timely completion of projects within budgetary guidelines.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED; 3 years experience in the engineering and maintenance or related professional area; technical training in HVAC-R/electrical/plumbing
  • OR 2-year degree from an accredited university in Building and Construction, Engineering, Mechanics, or related major; 1 year experience in the engineering and maintenance or related professional area; technical training in HVAC-R/electrical/plumbing
