Senior Network Operations Expert

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Network Operations Expert with extensive experience in managing and maintaining large-scale enterprise networks. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Technical Leadership: Provide expert guidance on network operations, including performance monitoring, fault resolution, and root cause analysis.
  • Service Assurance: Own and drive the end-to-end assurance of network services, ensuring high availability and SLA adherence.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with NOC, engineering, vendors, and customer teams to ensure seamless network operation and optimize performance.
  • Performance Optimization: Analyze network performance data, identify areas for improvement, and recommend optimization actions.
  • Incident & Change Management: Lead or support incident triage, change implementation, and problem management initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with SD-WAN technologies (e.g., Cisco Viptela, Fortinet, Versa, VMware VeloCloud).
  • Deep understanding of IP networking protocols (BGP, OSPF, VRF, GRE, IPSec, NAT, MPLS, GVPN).
  • Proven experience in troubleshooting complex WAN/LAN issues in large-scale enterprise environments.
  • Familiarity with network monitoring and troubleshooting tools.
  • Understanding of network security principles, with hands-on experience in firewalls (Fortinet/Palo Alto/Cisco ASA) being a strong advantage.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
