Job Opportunity: US Insurance Outbound Calling Representative

We are seeking high-performing and goal-driven outbound calling professionals to engage with US-based insurance companies, patients, or the helpdesk as per process requirements.

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, customer engagement abilities, and a strong commitment to achieving sales and conversion targets while ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company policies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Making outbound calls to US-based insurance companies/patients/helpdesk as per process requirements.
  • Engaging customers in meaningful conversations to promote products/services or gather required information.
  • Achieving daily, weekly, and monthly targets and conversion goals.
  • Handling objections professionally and escalating complex issues when necessary.
  • Collaborating with team leads and quality analysts to improve call quality and performance.
  • Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • 1–4 years of experience in outbound calling, preferably with US clients.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and call centre software.
  • Open to work night shifts and adapt to US time zones.
  • Goal-oriented with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
  • Knowledge of US culture and customer behaviour.
