Job Opportunity:

This is a dynamic role that requires delivering exceptional customer service support and collections via phone calls, focusing on the US healthcare industry.

We are looking for an individual with strong communication skills and experience in RCM/DME, able to handle outbound calls to insurance companies, end customers, and perform eligibility verification, obtain prior authorization, request missing or incomplete payer information, update patient information, and complete transactions.

As a key member of our team, you will also be handling inbound calls, working collaboratively with colleagues to deliver first-class customer service, using various communication methods to resolve customer inquiries, payments, and complaints at the first point of contact.

The ideal candidate should possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, a neutral accent, and a strong ability to adapt to US culture.

You will work closely with clients, utilizing sound judgment and making decisions within established procedures to ensure customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities include assessing and resolving inquiries, requests, and complaints; managing customer interactions daily; achieving key performance targets; and maintaining effective work procedures according to client process workflows and policy guidelines.
