Job Title: Telecaller Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Telecaller Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling outbound and inbound calls, promoting products/services, generating leads, and maintaining strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products/services.
  • Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Generate leads, follow up with prospects, and convert them into customers.
  • Maintain and update customer databases with accurate information.
  • Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets.
  • Build and maintain good customer relationships to ensure repeat business.
  • Provide detailed and accurate information to customers regarding products/services.
  • Handle customer objections, complaints, and queries efficiently.
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing team to meet overall business objectives.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Telecaller, Telemarketing Executive, or in a similar role preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
  • Good negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM systems, etc.).
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Education: Graduate (any stream).
  • Language: Proficiency in Hindi, English,

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8, ₹30,250.24 per month
