Senior Executive Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Executive to lead our recruitment and talent acquisition efforts. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated individual to take on a key role in driving our business forward.

The successful candidate will have extensive experience in managing end-to-end recruitment processes, from initial sourcing to onboarding new hires. They will be responsible for building and maintaining a robust talent pipeline, ensuring timely staffing and minimizing time-to-hire.

A strong focus on talent development and retention is essential for this role. The Senior Executive will work closely with our Human Resources team to ensure seamless onboarding experiences for new employees, fostering a positive and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Manage the entire recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring.
  • Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, including hiring managers and HR professionals.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to design and deliver training programs that enhance the skills of our staff.
  • Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize our processes.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in any field.
  • An MBA or PGDM in any specialization.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment and talent acquisition, preferably in an industrial equipment/machinery industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse groups of people.
  • Proven track record of delivering results-driven recruitment strategies and achieving high levels of success in your previous roles.
