Senior Technical Support Expert

We are seeking an experienced Technical Support Lead to oversee our technical support team.

This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

  • Lead a team of technical support specialists to provide top-notch service to customers.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues reported by customers in a timely manner.
  • Develop and implement processes to improve team efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Train and mentor team members on best practices and tools.
  • Collaborate with product development teams to communicate customer feedback and improve product quality.
  • Analyze support metrics and present findings to management.

About the Role:

  • 2+ years of experience in a technical support leadership role or similar position.
  • Strong understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other technology products.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
  • Proficient in using ticketing systems and remote support tools.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with customers and team members effectively.
  • Experience with customer service best practices and techniques.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
