Job Summary
As a Senior Technical Support Engineer, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional technical support to our valued customers. This position requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

About the Role
This is a senior-level technical support role that involves handling escalations from front-line and Tier 2 technical support teams. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical assistance, configurations, and troubleshooting to customers, as well as managing support cases to ensure timely resolution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert technical support to customers via phone, email, or chat.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including knowledge base articles and training materials.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to provide cutting-edge solutions to customers.
  • Work closely with engineering teams to resolve product defects and implement new features.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in technical support, with a focus on remote access VPN solutions, IPSEC, PKI & SSL, TCP/IP, and authentication protocols.
  • Experience working with Firewall Central Management Systems and multi-factor authentication security systems.
  • Strong understanding of security services, including IDS/IPS, firewalls, and network protocols.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
