
Expert Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Support Professional to join our team as a Technical Expert.
- The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in a technical enterprise support role, preferably in a software development environment dealing with Java/J2EE application troubleshooting.
- Experience with operating systems (e.g., Linux, OS X, and Windows) is essential for this position.
- Advanced knowledge of application server technologies (e.g., Tomcat, Apache, WebSphere, JBoss) and relational database management systems (RDBMS) such as MySQL, Postgres, and Oracle is required.
- You should be proficient in version control systems like Git/SVN and possess excellent communication skills to resolve complex technical issues and summarise work done.
- Serve as an expert communicating with customers and stakeholders on detailed technical matters.
- Advocate for customers by representing their needs and perspectives to internal business and product teams.
- Assist global teammates in driving tickets in your areas of expertise to resolution.
- Maintain and drive a team culture focused on continuous improvement and technical growth.
- Good knowledge of computer networking protocols and load balancers can be beneficial.
- Familiarity with containerisation technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, and GCP is a plus.
