Key Responsibilities:
  • Negotiate and analyze contracts, including pricing terms, with GSIs and internal stakeholders.
  • Manage contract changes, amendments, and disputes, ensuring timely resolution and minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Maintain strong relationships with GSIs, fostering collaboration and open communication.
  • Monitor performance and compliance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in contract management, preferably with GSIs.
  • Strong analytical and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex contractual issues.
  • Knowledge of security and regulatory constraints, as well as Agile/DevOps methodologies.
