About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to leverage your expertise in contract management, negotiation, and Salesforce CRM system proficiency to drive business growth. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for:
- Drafting and executing contracts through negotiation with sales, legal, and delivery teams in Salesforce CRM system.
- Reviewing newly signed customer contracts and processing sales orders in CRM system.
- Tracking contract renewals and price revisions, facilitating the same via collaboration with sales, legal, and delivery teams.
- Ensuring accurate and timely billing as per contract and sales order.
- Facilitating statutory and internal audits regarding contracts, sales orders, and billing.
- Assisting in revenue budget, forecast, and variance analysis.
- Preparing MIS reports for management.
To succeed in this role, you should possess:
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce or Business Administration, along with an MBA or Master's in Commerce.
- Ability to understand contractual terms and have a strong analytical mindset.
- Proficiency in CRM systems, particularly Salesforce, and excellent MS Office skills.
- Process-oriented mindset, attention to detail, and ability to follow system processes and standard operating procedures.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively with senior members from sales, delivery, and finance teams.
