Job Description

As a BIM Modeler MEP, you will be responsible for developing detailed models from drawings, sketches, and calculations for MEP, LV, Fire Fighting, and PHE services. Your work will involve creating coordinated and clash-free models in collaboration with the design team.

  • Detailed Modelling: Develop comprehensive models from schematic design through construction phases for architecture, interior, and landscape design schemes.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with architects, design engineers, interior designers, and project managers to understand design intent and project requirements.
  • BIM Authoring Tools: Provide technical support to the project team using proficiency in BIM authoring tools.
  • Model Coordination: Set up linked models and coordinate models across disciplines.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • MEP Engineering Design: Hold a diploma in MEP engineering design or equivalent.
  • Revit Modelling Experience: Have fresher to 8 years of experience as a Revit modeller with a strong portfolio demonstrating experience in modelling MEP services in architectural and interior fit-out projects.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to take lead in resolving issues and challenges.
  • Software Proficiency: Expert proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD.
