BIM Coordinator Role

Our team is seeking a skilled BIM MEP Specialist to fill this role.

Job Responsibilities
  • Review and coordinate 3D models for building and infrastructure projects using Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and related tools.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure accurate design coordination and clash-free models.
  • Perform clash detection and resolve coordination issues in a BIM environment.
  • Maintain compliance with BIM standards, protocols, and project requirements.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Education: A diploma or bachelor's degree in mechanical/electrical engineering or a related field.
  • Experience: 6–12 years as a BIM MEP Engineer in engineering, construction, or related industries.
  • Technical Proficiency:
  • Expert-level knowledge of Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and BIM 360.
  • Strong understanding of MEP systems, construction methodologies, and BIM workflows.
  • Soft Skills:
  • Excellent problem-solving, attention to detail, and analytical abilities.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional coordination.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
