Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled AR customer resolution specialist to join our team. As an AR customer resolver, you will play a critical role in ensuring accurate reimbursement for medical claims by contacting insurance companies and patients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Initiate follow-up calls to insurance companies to inquire about the status of denied claims
- Maintain thorough records of all interactions and follow-up actions
- Re-submit claims with corrected information or appeal denials
