Job Title: Customer Support Specialist
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Customer Support Specialist to provide exceptional customer service and support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat platforms in a timely and professional manner.
- Manage and resolve customer complaints in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and issue resolutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues.
- Identify and report trends and patterns in customer feedback to inform business decisions.
- Participate in training and development programs to stay up-to-date on product knowledge and customer service best practices.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Prior experience working in a fast-paced environment is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
