About This Role

We are seeking a seasoned Data Management Specialist who can help us build and maintain high-quality systems for organizing key business data such as product, customer, and supplier information. This role requires an individual with both technical expertise and excellent communication skills to deliver reliable solutions.

  • Data Model Development: Collaborate with the STEP platform to design and implement customized data management solutions.
  • Data Integration: Create and manage data models that define how information is stored and linked, ensuring seamless connectivity between systems.
  • Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve issues related to data quality, performance, or integration, providing expert guidance to team members.
  • Technical Support: Offer assistance to teams in setting up and configuring the STEP platform, promoting efficient system usage.
  • Client Engagement: Engage with clients to understand their needs and provide clear explanations of solutions, fostering effective partnerships.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5–8 years of experience working with STEP MDM.
  • Programming Skills: Proficiency in Java or JavaScript for customization, as well as hands-on knowledge of databases (SQL) and common data formats like XML, JSON, CSV.
  • Data Integration Experience: Proven expertise in ETL, REST APIs, and web services, with a strong understanding of data models and system storage principles.
  • Coding Tools: Ability to utilize coding and debugging tools, such as an IDE, to optimize system performance.
  • Bonus Skill: Holding a STEP Certification or possessing knowledge of Informatica PIM would be highly advantageous.
