The Covid-19 pandemic increased these costs multi-fold and created a need for accessible systems.

We offer a one-stop solution for companies to build customized wellness programs focusing on primary care aspects like fitness, mental health, doctor teleconsultation, OPD programs, etc.

We've streamlined employee health benefits in India, increasing engagement through gamification.

We're looking for a Data Engineer to join our team.

You'll impact tooling/development cycles/testing frameworks, working with NodeJS, ensuring data integrity across multiple storages (DB/Kafka/S3), balancing speed/quality.

Your key tasks will include:

  • Processing data according to guidelines.
  • Developing reports and analyses.
  • Supporting the data warehouse in identifying/revising reporting requirements.
  • Evaluating changes to source production systems.
  • Identifying/developing data pipelines for standardization.
  • Handling multiple sources of data, structuring large datasets, and creating standardized schema.

To succeed in this role you must:

  • Have 4-6 years of experience.
  • Be skilled in solving problems using large amounts of data.
  • Know databases like MySQL and NoSQL.
  • Be proficient in Python.
  • Understand Microsoft Excel.
  • Have analytical/problem-solving skills.
  • Understand data gathering/cleaning/transforming techniques.
  • Be able to create reports/data visualizations using Tableau, PowerBI, or similar tools.
  • Know data warehousing/ETL techniques.
  • Communicate effectively.
  • Be able to analyze existing tools/databases and provide software recommendations.
