Job Title: Data Architecture Specialist
About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Data Architecture Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our data engineering group, you will be responsible for designing and implementing large-scale data systems that meet the needs of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
• Architect and build scalable systems to unify data lakes and warehouses using advanced data management techniques.
• Develop and optimize streaming pipelines using Kafka, Pulsar, and Flink to process structured/unstructured data with low latency.
• Leverage Java to build scalable, high-throughput data applications and services that meet the requirements of our business.
• Work with RDBMS (PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server) and NoSQL (Cassandra, MongoDB) systems to manage diverse data workloads and ensure data integrity and security.
• Ensure data compliance across multi-tenant systems by implementing robust data governance policies and procedures.
• Manage production infrastructure for reliability, scalability, and cost efficiency to support the growth of our organization.
• Stay ahead of trends in the data ecosystem to drive technical excellence and innovation.

Qualifications:
• 8+ years of experience in data engineering with large-scale systems and expertise in Java for data-intensive applications.
• Strong SQL skills and familiarity with RDBMS/NoSQL databases, including hands-on experience with lakehouse architectures, stream processing, and event streaming.
• Proven track record in optimizing query engines and data pipelines to improve performance and efficiency.
