Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Architect to join our team and contribute to the development of large-scale, integrated design projects across sectors. This role offers the opportunity to work collaboratively with global design teams and specialist consultants.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in architecture, excellent Revit (BIM) skills, and the ability to manage documentation and coordination across complex projects. They should also have experience working on educational, healthcare, and mixed-use projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Participate as a team member in the development of aesthetic and technical designs and preparation of architectural drawings and construction documents.
  • Assist with construction administration services and coordination at project sites.
  • Collaborate closely with the Principal in Charge, Project Architect, and Project Manager.
  • Lead and support BIM modeling, drawing documentation, and compliance reviews.
  • Coordinate with consulting engineers, specialist consultants, and suppliers.
  • Attend client meetings and maintain excellent client relationships.
Requirements
  • BArch / MArch degree (Master's preferred)
  • 5–10 years of experience in an architectural practice (international firm experience a plus)
  • Proficiency in Revit (BIM) is mandatory
  • Strong skills in SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite / Affinity Creative Suite
  • Experience attending construction progress meetings and resolving on-site queries
  • Prior exposure to educational, healthcare, and mixed-use projects is highly valued
  • LEED, EDAC, or WELL accreditation is a plus
  • Excellent graphic, organizational, technical, and written communication skills
