Design and Technical Expert for Global Architecture Projects

We are seeking a highly skilled Design and Technical Expert to join our team in Mumbai. As a key member of our global architecture practice, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality design solutions and technical expertise on international projects.

Your primary focus will be on working with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to develop innovative and sustainable designs that meet the needs of clients worldwide. You will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with local building codes, regulations, and industry standards.

To succeed in this role, you must have a strong background in architecture or a related field, with at least 2-12 years of experience in design and technical delivery. You should also possess excellent communication and collaboration skills, as well as proficiency in Revit and other relevant software.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement design concepts for international projects
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design quality and consistency
  • Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and industry standards
  • Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members
Requirements
  • B.Arch degree (or equivalent) with 2-12 years of experience in design and technical delivery
  • Strong proficiency in Revit and other relevant software
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a global team environment
