This role involves ensuring the smooth operation of IT systems, providing technical assistance to employees, and managing infrastructure.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage and oversee all aspects of IT infrastructure, including local networks (LAN/Wi-Fi) and cloud tools.
  • Install, configure, and maintain office computers, printers, and peripheral devices.
  • Provide first-line support for hardware/software issues faced by employees, including setup and troubleshooting of laptops, email accounts, and collaboration tools.
  • Implement security policies, maintain data backup and recovery processes, and ensure access control.
  • Coordinate with cybersecurity teams for audits and compliance requirements.
  • Track and manage IT assets, maintain inventory of hardware and software, and renew licenses on time.
  • Liaise with vendors for hardware procurement, repairs, and software services, and evaluate new IT tools to recommend upgrades.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in IT administration, system support, or office IT management.
  • Hands-on knowledge of Windows & macOS systems, networking (routers, switches, firewalls), SaaS productivity suites (Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Slack, Zoom), and basic security tools (endpoint protection, VPNs).
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems and ITIL processes is a plus, as are relevant certifications (CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft MCSA, ITIL).
