Nova is a leading textile company with a rich 25-year history and a commitment to innovation. Our fully integrated production process ensures high-quality products, from weaving to finished textiles.
We have established a strong presence in India, with a state-of-the-art project dedicated to producing window blinds. Our implementation of cutting-edge technologies and equipment has enabled us to produce a wide range of products, over 300 types of fabric for various industries, including home, hospitality, medical, industrial, military, and sports.
Nova is dedicated to developing new textile designs, with over 50 new designs created monthly. Our latest addition, double roller blinds, has positioned us as a leader in the Indian window dressing industry.
Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Regional Sales Manager to expand our customer base and achieve sales targets for specific districts.
Key Responsibilities
1. Develop and implement regional sales plans and quotas aligned with business objectives.
2. Monitor and report on regional sales results, providing insights for future growth.
3. Forecast quarterly and annual profits, ensuring alignment with business goals.
4. Build and maintain relationships with clients, providing support and guidance to drive sales growth.
5. Identify opportunities for product improvement and new product development, staying current on industry trends and competitors.
Requirements and Skills
- Proven experience as a Regional Sales Manager, Area Manager, or similar senior sales role.
- Ability to analyze key performance indicators (ROI and KPIs).
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Strong problem-solving attitude and ability to travel as needed.
- Preference given to candidates with experience in the furnishing, home furnishing, window blinds, wallpaper, or fabric industries.
