We are seeking a Business Analyst - Order Management and Data professional for a remote project. This role will require working closely with SMEs on data mappings and managing large data extractions.

Requirements:

  • Experience working as a Business Analyst with a focus on data activities and order management.
  • Business Analyst with experience in data migration from external tools to ServiceNow.
  • Ability to grasp functional aspects of data and work with SMEs on mappings.
  • Experience in data migration activities, capable of managing large data extractions and converting it into the right ServiceNow target format.
  • Desirable experience in OM data model and ability to advise best practices on field usage and impact on process.
  • Experience with all data objects in the context of OM processes (accounts, sold products, functional products, CIs, contacts, contracts).

Common Skills:

Excellent written / oral communication skills in English.

Ability to adapt communication to the audience.

Excellent interpersonal skills, positive attitude and open mindset.

Ability to understand and break down complex concepts to clarify the effort and required changes.

A team player used to work in a distributed multi-cultural team.
