Job Summary

This role entails overseeing departmental operations and ensuring efficient task execution. Key responsibilities include:

  • Executing weekly ordering by creating Purchase Orders for Replenishment and Non-replenishment orders.
  • Analyzing demand and forecast data to identify exceptions/outliers and communicating with relevant stakeholders.
  • Managing PO revisions, tracking status, and reporting progress updates to stakeholders in a timely manner.
  • Coordinating surveys for Supply Chain Interruption events such as factory shutdowns, vessel shortages, and adverse weather.
  • Developing and maintaining SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) and ensuring their regular updates.
  • Taking ownership of document maintenance and disposal.
  • Supporting process improvement and automation initiatives by engaging with technology and product teams during design workshops, testing solutions, and implementation.
