Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Identity Management Engineer to design, implement and maintain SailPoint solutions. The successful candidate will have hands-on experience building and operating SailPoint solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement SailPoint configurations, connectors, workflows and rules across development, testing and production environments.
  • Develop and automate end-to-end CI/CD pipelines to deploy SailPoint configurations, connectors, workflows and rules.
  • Build custom connectors/integrations to enterprise systems, APIs and identity protocols.
  • Author secure, maintainable code using Java, BeanShell, JavaScript or Shell scripting for rule, workflow and report logic.
  • Monitor and support SailPoint environments with Tier 2/3 incident response, performance tuning and proactive alerting.
Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have the following skills and qualifications:

  • 4+ years of experience in Identity & Access Management with significant hands-on practice building and operating SailPoint solutions.
  • Proven experience in CI/CD and DevOps practices, implementing automated pipelines to support code migration and deployments.
  • Technical fluency in scripting and development (Java, BeanShell, JavaScript, Shell), and integration with directory services, cloud platforms and APIs.
  • Solid working knowledge of IAM lifecycle processes - Joiner/Mover/Leaver, RBAC modeling, access certifications and regulatory compliance considerations.
