Identity Access Management Professional

\

We are seeking a skilled Identity Access Management professional to join our team.

\

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing IAM solutions using PingFederate, PingAccess, and related Ping Identity products.

\

Key responsibilities will include:

\
  • Designing and implementing IAM solutions using PingFederate, PingAccess, and related Ping Identity products.
  • Developing and maintaining backend services in Java to support authentication and authorization workflows.
  • Integrating applications into SSO frameworks using SAML, OAuth2, and OIDC protocols.
  • Customizing PingFederate policies using OGNL expressions and supporting front-end customizations (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
  • Collaborating with architects, security teams, and application owners to deliver secure identity solutions.
  • Troubleshooting complex authentication and federation issues across environments.
  • Supporting MFA, passwordless authentication (FIDO2/WebAuthn), and adaptive access strategies.
  • Maintaining and enhancing access management platforms and federation infrastructure.
  • Participating in IAM roadmap planning and architectural decision-making.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

\
  • 3+ years of experience in IAM, with a focus on SSO and federation.
  • Strong hands-on experience with PingFederate, PingAccess, and other Ping Identity tools.
  • Proficiency in Java backend development and scripting (PowerShell, Python).
  • Deep understanding of identity protocols: SAML, OAuth2, OIDC.
  • Experience with LDAP, Active Directory, SCIM.
  • Familiarity with REST APIs and tools like Postman.
  • Basic Linux administration and PKI (X.509 certificates).
  • Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills.
