Job Opportunity: Identity Governance Specialist

As an Identity Governance Specialist, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing identity governance solutions within a secure environment. You will work closely with various teams to ensure efficient identity and access management processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement identity governance solutions, including Azure Active Directory and Conditional Access.
  • Configure and manage Single Sign-On (SSO) and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA).
  • Integrate identity governance systems with other enterprise systems and third-party applications for automated Provisioning & Lifecycle Management.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve identity and access-related issues.
  • Implement and manage on-premises Active Directory infrastructure.
  • Automate process workflows for Staff & Contractors.
  • Deploy and integrate ENTRA agents with on-premises applications.
  • Develop and maintain identity lifecycle management processes.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
  • Provide technical guidance and training to clients and internal teams.
  • Document configurations, processes, and best practices for future reference.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience with Microsoft Entra (Azure Active Directory) and on-premises Active Directory implementation and management.
  • Strong understanding of identity lifecycle management and security principles.
  • Hands-on experience with Conditional Access, MFA, and SSO.
  • Hands-on experience with ENTRA provisioning process.
  • Knowledge of protocols like SAML, OAuth, and OpenID Connect.
  • Relevant Microsoft certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate).
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
