Identity and Access Management Specialist

This role involves administering privileged accounts on various platforms, integrating different LDAP providers with Splunk, and configuring password vaulting solutions.

  • Administer privileged accounts on Windows and UNIX platforms.
  • Integrate different LDAP providers with Splunk.
  • Configure password vaulting solutions.
  • Troubleshoot operational issues with Privileged Account Security components.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in Identity and Access Management (IAM) services, with a focus on Privilege Identity tools. They will work closely with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and peer engineers to understand needs and architect appropriate solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in Identity & Access Management Services with technical expertise in the deployment, implementation, and operations of Privilege Identity tool.
  • Experience working with components such as vaults, CPMs, accounts, policies, safes, usages, PACLI, and providers.
  • Knowledge of security and systems standards, Access Management, authorization/Permissions Management, Network Protocols, System management applications, and System & Network Security.
  • Excellent communication skills, ability to document installation procedures, and experience working with digital password vaulting solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Domain of Identity & Access Management Services with technical expertise in the deployment, implementation, and operations of Privilege Identity tool.
  • Implementation of related use cases for the adoption of new technology, standards, and processes.
  • Works with SMEs and peer engineers to understand needs and architect appropriate solutions.
  • Experience working with account management on various platforms such as Windows, Unix.
  • Active Directory, LDAP, databases, and storage systems.
  • Experience troubleshooting applications and scripts by accessing and analyzing logs on Unix and Windows servers.
  • Work with peers throughout organization to collect input on needed security capabilities.
