Identity Systems Architect

We are seeking a seasoned expert to lead our team in designing, building, and managing robust identity environments. As an Identity Systems Architect, you will craft and execute strategies to secure and scale our identity systems, fostering high-performing teams.

Responsibilities :

  • Oversee a dedicated team responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our identity infrastructure.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive identity management strategies, including user provisioning, authentication, and authorization.
  • Integrate identity systems with the broader IT landscape to optimize user experience and efficiency.
  • Streamline operations through automation and scripting.
  • Proactively identify, diagnose, and resolve identity-related issues.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the team.
  • Cultivate a collaborative and productive team culture.

Qualifications :

  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on Active Directory architecture and administration experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership capacity.
  • Demonstrated expertise in Entra (Azure AD) functionalities and concepts.
  • In-depth understanding of identity and access management principles.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in scripting languages, particularly PowerShell.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven leadership and mentorship capabilities.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
