Enterprise Identity Engineer

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our enterprise migration initiative for Active Directory. The successful candidate will work closely with architects and infrastructure teams to execute migration plans, automate key workflows, and troubleshoot complex identity-related issues in a secure environment.

About the Role:
  • The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Active Directory (multi-domain or multi-forest environments) and a solid understanding of protocols such as LDAP, Kerberos, and NTLM.
  • Solid knowledge of Entra ID (Azure AD), PKI and NPS, DNS & DHCP, and Group Policy is required.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Perform in-depth analysis and documentation of existing AD and DNS environments.
  2. Implement domain controller migrations and replication setup across multiple AD forests.
  3. Support the integration and migration to Entra ID (Azure AD).
  4. Configure and manage DHCP scopes, conditional forwarders, and stub zones.
  5. Troubleshoot issues with LDAP, Kerberos, and NTLM-based authentication.
  6. Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts for provisioning and automation.
  7. Execute infrastructure-as-code via Terraform within existing CI/CD pipelines.
Requirements:
  • 5 - 10 years of experience with Active Directory (multi-domain or multi-forest environments).
  • Solid understanding of Active Directory, Entra ID (Azure AD), PKI and NPS, DNS & DHCP, LDAP, Kerberos, and NTLM protocols.
  • Experience with AD Trusts, Group Policy, OUs, and FSMO roles.
Preferred Skills:
  • Working knowledge of Terraform and infrastructure-as-code concepts.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps preferred).
  • Experience with hybrid identity platforms (e.g., Azure AD Connect, ADFS).
