About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior/Lead UI/UX Designer to join our team. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for creating user interfaces that meet and exceed our high standards.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Figma and Flutter Flow, as well as a strong portfolio showcasing completed mobile app and desktop web application projects.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including developers and product managers, to ensure cohesive and seamless user experiences.

Responsibilities:

  • Create user interface designs for mobile apps and desktop web applications using Figma and Flutter Flow.
  • Own the entire design process, from initial research and wireframing to prototyping, testing, and final delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive and seamless user experiences.
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to iterate and improve designs based on feedback.

Requirements:

  • Extensive hands-on experience with Figma and Flutter Flow.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing completed mobile app and desktop web application projects.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and manage the full design lifecycle of projects.
