Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled UI/UX Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of design principles and user-centered design methodologies, with the ability to create high-fidelity prototypes using Figma.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes, as well as creating innovative and visually appealing user interface designs that prioritize usability and accessibility across various platforms and devices.

The role also involves championing design consistency, maintaining design systems, UI kits, and style guides within Figma, and mentoring junior designers in UI/UX design principles, methodologies, and best practices.

In addition, the successful candidate will conduct and lead user testing sessions, gathering feedback and iteratively enhancing designs based on user-centered design principles and usability testing results.

The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of hands-on experience in UI/UX design with expert-level knowledge of Figma, and a proven track record of delivering innovative and user-centric designs across web and mobile platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create high-fidelity, innovative, and visually appealing user interface designs prioritizing usability and accessibility across various platforms and devices.
  • Champion design consistency and maintain design systems, UI kits, and style guides within Figma to ensure uniformity across projects.
  • Mentor junior designers, providing leadership and expertise in UI/UX design principles, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Conduct and lead user testing sessions, gathering feedback, and iteratively enhance designs based on user-centered design principles and usability testing results.
  • Collaborate with development teams to ensure accurate implementation of designs and maintain design integrity throughout the development lifecycle.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Expert-level understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
  • Ability to create high-fidelity prototypes and translate complex ideas into intuitive and visually stunning designs.
  • Deep knowledge of front-end development technologies and their influence on design feasibility.

Preferred Skills:

  • Demonstrated experience in implementing and managing design systems and component libraries within Figma.
  • Expertise in conducting user research, usability testing, and integrating user feedback into design solutions.
  • Proficiency in motion design principles and their application in UI/UX design.
