UX/UI Design Professional Wanted

We are seeking a highly skilled UX/UI Design Professional to create top-notch product experiences. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work on exciting products (Mobile Apps & Web Apps) for innovative founders.

Job Description:

The ideal candidate will possess excellent written and spoken English communication skills, strong analytical skills and attention to detail. They must also be confident, organized, humble, patient, soft-spoken in nature, quick to learn and driven to excel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business goals and objectives.
  • Conduct research and create user personas, user journeys and information architecture.
  • Present research findings to clients and stakeholders.
  • Create wireframes during pre-sales and post-sales phases to help clients visualize the user journey.
  • Guide the development team on user experience and interface design.
  • Design high-quality user interfaces and ensure client approval.
  • Ensure seamless handoff of design assets to the development team.
  • Closely review development builds and provide feedback to ensure UX/UI recommendations are implemented.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in UX/UI design for Mobile App Development projects.
  • Familiarity with human interface guidelines and app development processes.
  • Ability to come up with innovative concepts and ideas.
  • Solid hands-on experience with Figma and design thinking principles.
  • Knowledge of Scrum methodologies is an asset.
