Design Visionary Role
The ideal candidate will lead the UX process from research and ideation to prototyping and design execution. This involves designing high-fidelity wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes using Figma. Conducting user research, usability testing, and applying insights to refine design solutions are also crucial skills for this role.

About the Position:
This role requires a strong digital portfolio with end-to-end UX case studies. Proficiency in Figma, along with tools like Sketch, Adobe XD, and other prototyping platforms, is necessary. The successful candidate will have 2-6 years of professional experience in UX design and a Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, Architecture, or equivalent practical experience.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Lead the UX process from research and ideation to prototyping and design execution.
- Design high-fidelity wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes using Figma.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and apply insights to refine design solutions.
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and key stakeholders for implementation.

- Create scalable, personalized UX systems tailored to user behavior and preferences.
- Lead behavioral research across diverse micro-personas.
