Senior UI/UX Designer Position

About the Job:

We are looking for an experienced and skilled Senior UI/UX Designer to lead our design efforts. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for clean and artful design, as well as superior UI skills.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute design concepts from conception to execution for web and mobile applications.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and experience.
  • Conduct user research, interviews, and usability studies to gather insights and inform design decisions.
  • Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
  • Design high-fidelity mockups and prototypes for new product features.
  • Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards.
  • Mentor and guide junior designers, providing constructive feedback and support.

Necessary Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proficient in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing excellent visual design skills and a deep understanding of user-centered design principles.
  • Solid experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps.
  • Up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in UI/UX design.
  • Proven track record of delivering outstanding user experiences.
