Program Manager

Job Description
  • Leads large-scale transformation programs, overseeing day-to-day task monitoring, defect tracking, and schedule maintenance.
  • Develops project plans to ensure timely delivery within scope, budget, and resource expectations.
  • Collaborates with technology groups and scrum teams to achieve on-time project delivery with high quality.
  • Provides thought leadership and support for client initiatives, aligning services and solutions.
  • Applies continuous improvement principles to enhance program processes, making them more efficient and governed.
  • Serves as Scrum Master for offering build and actively participates in reviewing deliverables.
  • Identifies and mitigates program risks, proactively seeking client support and help when needed.
  • Generates reports for various audiences and facilitates discussions during daily/weekly/monthly meetings.
  • Fosters a culture of trust, equality, collaboration, and opportunity within teams.
  • Plans, directs, and coordinates activities to ensure client goals or objectives are accomplished.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 10-15 years of experience leading team delivery management.
  • At least 3+ years of experience in project management with multiple teams.
  • Experience handling and delivering large digital transformation projects.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or business management.
  • Good knowledge of the P&C Insurance Domain.
  • High proficiency in MS Office Suite, Outlook, and Internet applications.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical, prioritizing, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, budgeting, project management, and planning skills.
  • Ability to develop and maintain collaborative relationships with peers and colleagues across the organization, as well as internal and external clients.
  • Ability to work well autonomously and within a team in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment.
  • Ability to work with and influence peers and senior management.
  • Self-motivated with critical attention to detail, deadlines, and reporting.
  • Professional certification (PMP or SAFe Agilist or PgMP) preferred.
  • ITIL/ITSM certification a plus.
  • Experience working in global delivery model is a plus.
