Senior Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Senior Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer. This role requires hands-on expertise in personalization tools within the Salesforce ecosystem.

The ideal candidate will have strong technical development skills in SFMC, coupled with the ability to design and implement personalized, data-driven customer journeys that enhance engagement and deliver measurable business impact.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop, configure, and deploy solutions in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Journey Builder, Email Studio, Automation Studio, Mobile Studio, etc.).
  2. Implement personalization and dynamic content strategies using Salesforce Personalization/Interaction Studio or equivalent personalization tools.
  3. Build and optimize customer journeys, triggered campaigns, and cross-channel automations to drive customer engagement.
  4. Collaborate with marketing, CRM, and technology teams to translate business requirements into scalable SFMC solutions.
  5. Integrate SFMC with Salesforce Sales/Service Cloud and other enterprise systems through APIs and connectors.
  6. Ensure compliance with best practices for data security, privacy, and deliverability.
  7. Provide technical guidance, troubleshooting, and support for campaign execution.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • 3–4 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud development.
  • Strong experience with Journey Builder, Email Studio, Automation Studio, and Mobile Studio.
  • Experience with personalization platforms (Salesforce Personalization/Interaction Studio preferred).
  • Proficiency in AMP script, SSJS, SQL for advanced customization and segmentation.
  • Knowledge of API integrations between SFMC and external systems.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce CRM (Sales/Service Cloud) is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer / Consultant certification preferred.
Requirements:
  1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  2. Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) or related field is a plus.
