Job Title: Social Media Engagement Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to identify, engage, and convert potential clients through Reddit communities. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Reddit culture, follow community guidelines, and use creative engagement strategies to generate qualified leads without spamming.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and identify relevant subreddits where target clients are active.
  • Build an authentic presence by contributing valuable posts, comments, and discussions.
  • Hunt for client opportunities by identifying pain points, questions, and demand signals.
  • Execute outreach strategies (DMs, comments, posts) while complying with Reddit rules.
  • Track and report leads generated through Reddit activities.
  • Collaborate with the sales/marketing team to align messaging.
  • Monitor subreddit trends, competitor activity, and engagement opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience with Reddit marketing, community management, or lead generation is essential.
  • Strong understanding of Reddit culture, etiquette, and anti-spam rules is mandatory.
  • Excellent written communication skills with the ability to adapt tone per subreddit are required.
  • Experience in client hunting, B2B/B2C lead generation, or social selling is preferred.
  • Familiarity with tools for Reddit monitoring, scheduling, and analytics is beneficial.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and results-driven individuals are encouraged to apply.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in a growth, business development, or community manager role is advantageous.
  • Knowledge of content marketing & outreach automation is desirable.
  • Ability to craft engaging posts that spark discussions is highly valued.
