About the Position

This is an exciting opportunity to lead and grow our social media presence and influencer ecosystem. The role combines creative storytelling with data-driven strategy to enhance brand visibility, engagement, and community building.

The successful candidate will have expertise in crafting and ideating strategies to boost brand visibility, engagement, and reach on social media platforms. They will work closely with the content, design, and marketing teams to ensure a unified brand message across all channels.

The ideal candidate will be able to identify, engage, and manage relationships with influencers to amplify our message and reach new audiences. They will also have experience in creating detailed briefs for influencers, ensuring content consistency and quality.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute plans to scale our social media channels by crafting and ideating strategies to boost brand visibility, engagement, and reach.
  • Ideate and script engaging content that aligns with our voice and appeals to the target audience.
  • Contribute to video content creation, bringing authenticity and personality to our social media presence.
  • Plan and launch social media campaigns that drive marketing objectives, including product promotions and brand storytelling.
  • Analyse and track the performance of social media campaigns, using metrics to drive insights and improvements, and apply learnings to optimise future strategies.
  • Collaborate with content, design, and marketing teams to ensure a unified brand message across all channels.
  • Identify, engage, and manage relationships with influencers to amplify our message and reach.
