Job Role: Customer Engagement Specialist
This role is responsible for maintaining and updating records of customer interactions. You will be the primary point of contact for customers, handling complaints, providing solutions, and ensuring timely resolutions.
Main Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including correspondence and transactions.
- Handle customer complaints in a professional and timely manner, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Assist with customer registration and documentation, facilitating smooth onboarding processes.
- Process customer accounts, file documents, and maintain up-to-date records.
- Support financial institutions with documentation purposes, promoting seamless collaboration.
- Liaise with departments such as Accounts, Legal, and Liaisoning to ensure effective communication.
Requirements:
- Familiarity with industry regulations, specifically those related to Stamp Duty & Registration.
- Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, for data analysis and presentation.
- Ability to learn and adapt to AI-powered tools to enhance customer experience.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering results-oriented solutions.
- Additional responsibilities may be assigned by senior authorities to support business growth.
